1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or requesting services from Hanioo Belize (hanioo.bz), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all interpretation bookings, consultations, remote sessions, and on-site deployments.

2. Nature of Interpretation Services

Hanioo connects clients with professional interpreters for spoken language communication across medical, legal, corporate, community, and conference settings. Interpreters provide spoken language fidelity to the highest ethical and professional standards. Interpreters do not provide legal advice, medical counsel, or commercial decision-making on behalf of clients.

3. Booking, Confirmations & Cancellations

Session bookings submitted through our platform, phone, or WhatsApp are reviewed by our coordination team. Cancellations should be made in advance of the scheduled session start time in accordance with the specific service engagement agreement.

4. Confidentiality & Code of Ethics

Hanioo interpreters maintain strict impartiality, objectivity, and confidentiality regarding all information encountered during sessions. Both clients and Hanioo agree to respect the private nature of all interpretation engagements.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand elements, logos, design assets, and content on hanioo.bz are the exclusive property of Hanioo.

6. Governing Law

These terms and all related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize.
